Enterprise AI Sales Training & PoC

Start with one sales challenge.

Sakuraseisai AI Sales Coach supports practical training for new and early-career salespeople through roleplay with an AI customer. Before a company-wide rollout, you can first experience a fixed demo and then begin a PoC with a small team and one sales challenge.

The fixed demo uses an initial real-estate discovery meeting as an example. For an enterprise PoC, we can discuss use cases tailored to your products, customers, and sales situations.

Start with a three-minute experience

Experience the sales roleplay before reading the details.

Before reading the enterprise details, you can experience what a sales roleplay with an AI customer feels like through a fixed real-estate scenario.

Fixed Demo Example | Real Estate Sales

Initial discovery

Speak as a salesperson with an AI customer considering a home purchase. Practise understanding the customer’s situation, preferences, and constraints, and uncover information that can support the next proposal.

Role You: real-estate salesperson
Customer AI customer considering a home purchase
Objective Understand situation, preferences, and constraints
Duration Approx. 3-minute fixed scenario

This real-estate scenario is only an example designed to make the product easy to experience. Sakuraseisai AI Sales Coach is not limited to the real-estate industry.

From fixed demo to enterprise PoC

Bring the same training flow into your sales environment.

The demo uses an easy-to-understand real-estate example. In an enterprise PoC, the evaluation is designed around your products, customers, sales situations, and behaviours you want to review.

Start with one challenge

You do not need to change the entire sales process from the start.

For the PoC, choose one sales situation you especially want to improve and evaluate it with a limited target group.

New-hire development

New sales onboarding

Practise conversations repeatedly with an AI customer before handling real customers.

Discovery

Strengthen discovery skills

Practise the behaviours required in an initial meeting, including questioning, confirmation, deeper probing, and needs discovery.

Objection handling

Objection handling

Practise conversations around customer concerns such as price, comparison with alternatives, and internal approval.

Pre-meeting practice

Training before an important sales meeting

Rehearse likely questions and objections before an important customer visit or proposal.

Standardise know-how

Standardise sales know-how

Explore how to reflect the questions and checkpoints emphasised by strong salespeople in practice scenarios.

Manager support

Support manager coaching

Instead of acting as the roleplay partner every time, managers can use practice records to guide more concrete reflection.

Coexistence with existing training

Add AI roleplay to the sales training you already have.

Sakuraseisai AI Sales Coach is not intended to replace classroom training, OJT, or manager coaching. It supplements repeated practice that is often difficult to provide while keeping human guidance in place.

How an enterprise PoC works

Evaluate on a small scale without major system changes.

Participant count and duration are set according to the consultation. For example, one option is to begin with a limited evaluation of around 5–10 participants for roughly 2–4 weeks.

Step 01

Clarify the challenge

Review your current sales training, target users, and the sales behaviours you want to improve.

Step 02

Select the sales situation

Narrow the PoC theme, such as discovery, proposal, or objection handling.

Step 03

Prepare the PoC environment

Define the target customer, sales context, training objective, and review criteria.

Step 04

Participants practise

Participants conduct sales roleplay with an AI customer and review the conversation afterwards.

Step 05

Review the results

Review usage, participant feedback, training issues, and operational considerations.

Step 06

Make the next adoption decision

Based on the PoC results, decide whether to continue, expand the target group, or stop.

Before the PoC

Make the initial requirements as clear as possible.

Even if you do not have a detailed sales manual, we can use existing materials and interviews to identify which sales situation to test first.

Customer

  • Target customer profile
  • Current sales training and coaching methods
  • Issues you want to evaluate in the PoC
Sakuraseisai

What Sakuraseisai prepares and organises

  • Guidance on the PoC environment and accounts
  • Training setup for the target sales situation
  • Onboarding guidance
  • How to use roleplay and feedback
  • Review criteria during the PoC
  • Review items at the end of the PoC

What to evaluate in the PoC

Evaluate not only whether it worked, but whether it is worth continuing.

Rather than assuming unverified outcomes such as revenue growth, start by reviewing actual usage, learning, field feedback, and operations.

Usage

Do people actually practise?

Review target users, actual practice activity, and whether participants practise again.

Learning

Do improvement themes become specific?

Review which sales behaviours have room for improvement and whether the feedback supports reflection.

Field feedback

Does it feel useful in real work?

Review usability and training fit from both salespeople and managers.

Operations

Can it be integrated without excessive burden?

Review management burden, support needs, and items to resolve before full deployment.

At the end of the PoC

Bring together the evidence before full deployment.

At the end of the PoC, review the following types of information and organise them as evidence for full deployment, expansion, or operational revision.

Usage status

Usage status

Review how much the service was used and which sales situations were practised.

User feedback

Feedback from users

Review ease of use, perceived relevance to real work, and improvement points from salespeople and managers.

Next step

Next issues if continuing

Review participant count, scenarios, operating rules, support, and other items to resolve before full deployment.

PoC decisions should not be over-automated.

AI feedback is evidence to support sales development. It is not intended to automate the PoC decision or important employee-related decisions based on AI evaluation alone.

Cost

Review standard plans and enterprise PoC conditions separately.

Standard AI Sales Coach pricing is published on the product page. Enterprise PoC structure and pricing are provided after confirming participant count, duration, scenario configuration, and required support.

Security & data management

Security and data management can be reviewed from the PoC stage.

AI sales training may involve training data such as conversations, transcripts, and analysis results. Detailed information on access control, sharing scope, AI data use, and retention is available on the dedicated Data Security page.

Review details before adoption

Review the product, methodology, and security information according to your purpose.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about enterprise PoCs

Do we need integration with our existing CRM or SFA?

Not necessarily. At the PoC stage, CRM/SFA integration is not a prerequisite. You can first evaluate the service as a standalone sales-training environment and consider integration needs when reviewing full deployment.

Can we use our own sales scenarios?

Yes. Depending on your needs, we can consider a PoC with scenarios reflecting your products or services, target customers, sales context, and training objectives.

Is this a service only for the real-estate industry?

No. The real-estate example on this page is a fixed demo designed to make AI sales roleplay easy to understand. Enterprise PoCs can be designed around your own sales situations.

Are employees evaluated based only on AI scores?

No. AI feedback is information to support sales practice and reflection. It is not intended to automate important decisions such as hiring, promotion, or compensation based on AI alone.

Can we run a PoC with a small group?

Yes. Participant count and duration are set according to your needs. For example, you can start with around 5–10 people for roughly 2–4 weeks and focus on one sales challenge.

Do IT or legal teams need to participate from the beginning?

It depends on your internal rules and PoC design. A small PoC does not necessarily require integration with existing systems, but if data-handling or security review is required, we can provide relevant materials from the planning stage.

Do we have to proceed to full deployment after the PoC?

No. After reviewing the PoC results, you can decide whether to continue, expand the target group, revise operations, or stop.

How is PoC pricing determined?

Pricing is provided after confirming participant count, duration, scenario configuration, and required support. Standard self-service pricing is published on the AI Sales Coach product page.

Tell us about your current sales-development approach.

It is fine if you are not yet sure which sales situation to test first. We can review your current sales training, target users, and challenges, and discuss how to structure a small-scale PoC.

You can start the conversation with one sales challenge, without assuming a company-wide rollout.
