I am the founder of Sakuraseisai Co., Ltd., a Japan-based AI people-development company. My current work focuses on applying AI to sales training, people evaluation, and career development.
We are developing an AI sales roleplay training platform for organisations in Japan. Sales professionals can practise realistic voice conversations with an AI customer in the browser. After each session, the system generates a transcript, AI-assisted analysis, and improvement suggestions.
The problem we are addressing is simple but important. Many organisations understand that salespeople need continuous practice, yet relatively few teams can sustain high-quality roleplay training on a regular basis.
Our approach goes beyond using AI as a simulated customer. We aim to connect sales practice with people evaluation, competency visibility, and longer-term career development.
By analysing sales conversations, we aim to surface strengths and improvement areas in questioning, customer understanding, proposal logic, communication style, and self-reflection, supporting continuous development.
My background spans AI engineering, career-development research, intercultural education, and entrepreneurship. I have worked across China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, and I now focus on developing AI-supported people-development solutions for organisations and education institutions in Japan.
